Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Process sales efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service
Conduct product demos and provide information on merchandise to encourage sales
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes
Follow company policies on cash handling, security, and POS procedures
Support team members with inventory management and store cleanliness as needed

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential
Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus
Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are required for success in this role
Ability to provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service in a fast-paced environment
