Build and mentor an effective Product Control team
Manage daily and month-end P&L; production and sign-off
Govern daily commodity price curve validation
Lead P&L; attribution analysis and market impact communication
Ensure valuation controls and data integrity are maintained Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Control
At least 3 years of leadership experience
