Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical sales to promote featured items and accessories
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on the sales floor
Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about store hours, products, or services




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes and minimal wait times

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience, especially in technology or electronics sales, is preferred
Demonstrated ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
Robust organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as merchandising, customer assistance, and POS operations simultaneously
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales techniques
Ability to conduct product demos confidently and engage customers through active listening and tailored recommendations
Valuable time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
