We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative (FEMALE) to join our agile team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
Offer technical support or product information, especially for technology sales or related items
Manage customer complaints or concerns with patience, professionalism, and effective communication skills
Ensure the checkout area is organized, clean,



and well-stocked at all times
Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and basic math calculations for pricing or discounts
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls

Experience
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and transaction processing
Experience with POS systems or cashiering equipment is advantageous
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos enhances customer engagement
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment
Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is beneficial but not required
