We’re looking for an experienced MedSpa Business Coach to lead the charge—guiding medspa owners, shaping growth strategies, and representing Ekwa as a thought leader on podcasts, webinars, and industry platforms. This is a unique chance to combine your industry expertise with your passion for coaching and make an impact across the medspa industry.

What You’ll Do

- Serve as the primary coach and face of the brand for medspa business consulting.
- Conduct client assessments, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored recommendations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and consulting frameworks to support medspa client success.
- Represent the company in sales calls, serving as the closer.
- Host and co-host podcast episodes focused on medspa industry trends, practice growth, and client experience.
- Contribute new ideas to improve services and expand consulting offerings.
- Stay on top of best practices in the medspa business and industry.

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years in medspa business operations, management, or consulting (e.g., medspa director,



coach, or industry advisor).
- Demonstrated success in business consulting or advisory roles within the medspa industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and advisory skills; ability to inspire trust and action.
- Enthusiasm for medspa trends, services, and client experience improvements.
- Understanding of the levers of medspa growth: client acquisition, retention, treatment mix, and staffing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident speaking on podcasts, webinars, or in group settings.
- Entrepreneurial, creative, and driven to make an impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cosmetology, Healthcare Administration, or related; advanced certifications (e.g., in spa management or business coaching) preferred.
- This role is open only to candidates residing in the United States or Canada.

Compensation & Growth Path

- $4,000/month (20 hrs/week) to start.
- Scales with growth (up to $10,000/month).
- Remote, flexible role with growth opportunities prospect.
