Western Canadian Building Solutions is looking to add experienced carpenters to our construction crews. We are specifically looking for individuals with post-frame / pole-building experience who are comfortable working on the road on and off throughout Western Canada.
What We're Looking For
Previous post-frame construction experience is strongly preferred
Solid framing and general carpentry skills
Experience with wood post-frame structures, trusses, purlins, girts, roof and wall systems
Experience installing metal roofing and siding is an asset
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Able to read construction drawings and follow building plans
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently as part of a crew
Willing and able to travel for projects when required
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
Safety-conscious and able to maintain a clean, organized jobsite

Travel: Required – crews will work on the road for certain projects and return home between projects depending on scheduling
Location: Projects throughout Alberta and Western Canada
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
