Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cheerleading Coach to join our agile team to help with the current cheerleading program.
Plan and deliver engaging cheerleading for beginners lessons.
Teach proper techniques for tumbling, stunting, jumps, routines, and cheerleading formations
Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
Monitor athletes’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate them to improve
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions and activities
Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure the training area is clean and organized
Experience
Previous experience teaching cheerleading is a must.
Experience teaching gymnastics or willingness to learn is an asset.
Ability to effectively communicate instructions to children of diverse ages and skill levels
Passion for working with kids and fostering a supportive environment
