Job Summary

In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of building projects, ensuring precision and quality in every task. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, or restoration projects by utilizing your solid foundation in carpentry, concrete work, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, roofs, siding, and concrete forms using hand tools and power tools
Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like excavation, lifting, and concrete placement
Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, smoothing, and sealing surfaces to meet project specifications
Utilize woodworking skills for framing, cabinetry, or custom carpentry projects
Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or materials




Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute detailed tasks
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery
Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
Familiarity with siding installation and woodworking techniques
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
