Your solid people management skills will help foster a positive work setting, allowing operations management to meet productivity targets efficiently. Regular travel is expected to meet the needs of various locations throughout the West Region. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a diverse workforce at multiple locations
Handle grievances and manage labour relations processes
Organize concrete loads and ensure timely deliveries
Implement quality systems and compliance protocols
Complete required reporting and paperwork accurately Requirements:
At least two years of post-secondary education
Previous experience in ready-mix or similar fields
Proficient in Microsoft software applications
Must hold a valid G Class license and clean driving record
