Duties
Assist senior carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials using hand tools and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
Support concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry tasks to contribute to structural integrity
Participate in cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and siding projects to enhance finishing work
Help with roofing, siding, and exterior restoration tasks to ensure durable and high-quality results
Perform general construction painting, caulking, and assembly work to prepare sites for completion




Support plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision to broaden your technical skills

Requirements
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Prior construction experience or handyman experience is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is advantageous
Solid work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in carpentry and related trades
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Must be physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday
