Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of daily living care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, safety, and well-being by delivering personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Your energy, empathy, and proactive approach will help create a positive environment that fosters comfort and dignity for those you serve.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance quality of life
Monitor health status by observing changes in condition and reporting concerns to family members or healthcare professionals
Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces to maintain a protected environment
Support medication reminders and ensure medication schedules are followed accurately
Document care activities,



observations, and any incidents clearly and promptly in client records

Qualifications
Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
Physical stamina to assist with mobility, transfers, and other physical tasks involved in caregiving
Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
