Your support will involve guiding families through daily routines while connecting them with necessary community resources. You will play a key role in promoting a secure, sober workplace for family reunification.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support families with life skills and parenting guidance • Facilitate bedtime routines and transitions for children • Connect families to both formal and informal support • Address issues related to trauma and addiction recovery • Work non-traditional hours, primarily evenings and weekends

Requirements: • Completed Grade 12 or equivalent education • Current certification in First Aid and CPR • Experience working with individuals facing trauma • Understanding of Indigenous culture is essential • Must pass a criminal record check and hold a driver’s license
