Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of maintenance staff to ensure timely, high-quality work. Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical machinery, equipment, and systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs. Develop and implement preventive maintenance, training programs and schedules to enhance equipment reliability and safety. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Assisting in procuring, organizing, and inventorying parts and materials needed for repairs. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions. Provide training, guidance, and performance management for maintenance team members. Document maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and generate technical reports. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate emergency repairs. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in the mechanical field, or a completed accredited apprenticeship/ Journeyman; 5 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role and 2-5 years’ supervisory or lead experience in a union environment Or an acceptable combination of education and experience will be considered Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatics, pressure vessels, motorized drive systems Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Procedures as to safely isolate and secure equipment during maintenance or repair Proficient in blueprint reading, P&ID; and troubleshooting of mechanical operations of equipment.



Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and personnel scheduling Strong leadership and communication skills Must be available and flexible to be on call and work weekends when required Subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions Our total compensation package includes amazing perks!
