iControls Inc., located in Richmond Hill, ON, is seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot commercial door operators. The role involves assisting dealers and clients via phone, email, and digital tools from the head office at 35 East Beaver Creek Road.

Job Overview

- Position: Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical inquiries regarding the PULSE series of DC door operators.

- Customer Assistance: Respond to service requests and provide clear guidance to technicians, installers, and end-users over the phone and online.

- Documentation: Log support tickets, update internal logs, and contribute to troubleshooting resources and product manuals.

- Collaboration:



Work closely with the internal engineering and product development teams to report recurring field issues and hardware/software feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a customer-first approach.

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in technical support, customer service, or electronics troubleshooting is an asset but a strong willingness to learn is most important. We will train the selected candidate.

- Skills: Strong grasp of wiring diagrams, electrical concepts, and basic diagnostic tools.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
