Dyna-Pro Environmental is a leading vertically integrated manufacturer, seller, and servicer of Self-Serve Water Dispensers and Water Purification equipment across Canada. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Service Team.

The Role: As a member of our Service Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth reliable operation of our equipment for customers across Canada. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Provide technical phone support to customers, addressing complex mechanical and electronic issues promptly and efficiently.
- Create, track and process work orders and sales orders.
- Coordinate with our Parts and Shipping Departments to fulfill customer needs promptly.
- Support our own Field Service Technicians with technical and customer support guidance.
- Locate, hire, and manage subcontractors to complete repairs on-site.
- Work regular Monday-Friday office hours, as well as provide after-hours emergency technical support on a rotating on-call basis.

Our ideal Candidate:

- Has experience and can demonstrate proficiency in understanding a wide discipline of electronics,



mechanical and plumbing along with their applications.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English.(French or additional languages not required but would be considered an asset)
- Has strong project management skills. The ability to manage time, inventory, project costs, and deadlines.
- Shows the ability to solve problems and communicate a solution efficiently and effectively.
- Enjoys working in a team as well as independently in an office setting.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced workplace managing multiple projects at a time.

This is not an IT - Tech Support Job:

- Work experience only supporting computer software and hardware will not be given much weight for this position.
- This type of support is designed for those with an electronics, electrical, mechanical or plumbing background.
