Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Casual Early Childhood Educators (ECA) to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
Assist with implementing daily activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children
Support classroom routines such as mealtime, nap time, and outdoor play to ensure a safe and nurturing workplace
Engage children in age-appropriate learning experiences that foster curiosity and creativity
Collaborate with team members to monitor individual needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
Communicate effectively with children, parents,



and team members to support children's progress and well-being
Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure setting for children at all times

Requirements
Previous classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Robust understanding of caregiving practices tailored to early childhood development
Ability to engage children through teaching methods that promote active participation and learning
Passion for supporting children's growth in a caring and respectful manner
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
Flexibility to work varied hours as needed for program coverage
