At our advanced plant, you will take charge of the Framing crew, installing prefabricated systems and guiding site operations.

Your role will involve both hands-on framing work and team mentorship while ensuring safety and meeting building standards. Collaboration with management will also play a crucial part in resource planning. Key Responsibilities:
Lead on-site framing teams for new builds
Construct and finish roofs and walls
Analyze blueprints and project specifics
Implement quality control and safety measures
Facilitate crew training and development Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of relevant residential framing experience
Journeyman Carpenter status is advantageous
Robust communication and teamwork orientation
