Take the lead as a Project Lead for Business Initiatives, ensuring accurate execution of projects within budget and aligned with corporate goals. This role emphasizes cross-functional relationships and meticulous project management. As a key team member, you will handle multiple project cycles and ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement. A minimum of three years of related experience is necessary for success in this part of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Manage entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with objectives
Define deliverables and collaborate on outlined project scope
Develop and maintain project plans and documentation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations
Address and resolve issues throughout the project cycle Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent credential in relevant fields
Minimum three years of direct project management experience
Preference for PMP Certification and mentoring skills
Experience with complex project settings involved IT and business
Ability to manage project dependencies and critical paths Drive project success and build internal and external partnerships that enhance our organization’s goals.
