Promote best practices and quality assurance across hospitals
Coach and mentor veterinary staff for enhanced performance




Align clinical insights with strategic operational decisions
Carry out compliance and regulatory excellence reviews
Represent the organization at industry conferences

Requirements:
Accredited DVM degree with Alberta licensure capability
Minimum 5–7 years in small animal veterinary practice
Experience in multi-site leadership
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
