What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats—and that’s what makes it unique:

Build & Innovate

Design and develop cutting-edge web applications using Angular and modern web technologies

Architect scalable solutions that serve millions of users while maintaining security and performance

Translate complex business requirements into elegant technical designs that your team can execute with confidence

Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design standards, and continuous improvement practices

Lead & Mentor

Guide junior developers through challenging problems, fostering their growth and building technical confidence

Shape the product architecture and lead technical discussions with stakeholders across design, backend, and product teams

Be the go-to technical expert when the stakes are high—solving critical issues and preventing production outages

Strategize & Evolve

Research emerging technologies and champion innovations that keep us ahead of the curve

Develop accurate estimates and propose creative solutions that balance technical elegance with business reality

Partner with cross-functional teams to anticipate market shifts and evolve our platform proactively

Support & Troubleshoot

Provide expert-level technical support for urgent, complex issues impacting users

Establish best practices for system observability, monitoring, and performance





Continuously improve our support processes and documentation to reduce friction for internal and external users

What you bring
Must-Have Experience & Expertise

12+ years of proven expertise in application architecture and full-stack development

Advanced proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular

Strong backend development experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET

Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server and relational database design

Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design

Proficiency in Visual Studio, GIT, and Azure DevOps pipeline management

Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable multi-tier applications with proven design patterns

Strong background in Agile/SCRUM methodologies

Technical Competencies

Advanced PL/SQL and client-side JavaScript expertise

Cloud-based deployment and orchestration (Azure, hands-on experience)

Azure Application Insights and cloud-based monitoring platforms

SAST tools (SonarQube) for code quality assurance

RESTful API design with JSON/XML data interchange formats

Logging frameworks and system observability best practices

Professional Strengths

Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong business acumen and project management capabilities

Experience developing for accessibility standards

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with message queuing systems (MSMQ, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)

Hands-on DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code

Octopus Deploy experience for cloud orchestration

Track record of mentoring developers through career transitions

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
