You will report to the Assistant Vice President, Asset Management, becoming an integral member of the Residential Asset Management team. Your role includes financial analysis, strategic planning, and investment evaluation. You will enhance long-term asset performance through effective collaboration across Property Management, Finance, and Development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual business plans for portfolio assets
• Evaluate leasing trends and operational performance
• Provide recommendations to support investment decisions




• Participate in capital planning and due diligence
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership and investors

Requirements:
• Proven financial analysis and modeling skills
• Experience in residential real estate asset management
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build relationships across multiple teams
• Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi
