Ledcor Highways is looking for skilled Truck and Coach Technicians for multiple locations in Ontario. Join the Highway Maintenance team to ensure protected roads through hands-on maintenance and repair.

This role focuses on maintaining heavy construction and maintenance equipment such as plow trucks, loaders, and graders. Candidates with a valid 310T Truck and Coach ticket will thrive, and prior experience with highway maintenance equipment is a plus. You’ll also document maintenance tasks while ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment
• Follow maintenance programs and inspection protocols
• Engage in Ledcor safety practices




• Document maintenance records accurately
• Travel to various field operations as needed

Requirements:
• Valid 310T Truck and Coach ticket or similar
• Previous highway maintenance equipment experience preferred
• 421A Heavy Equipment Technician ticket is an asset
• Valid Driver's License with driver’s abstract
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
