Key Responsibilities:
• Support PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure environments
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release management




• Analyze client needs for IAM integrations and develop solutions
• Create automation scripts and reports for improved operations
• Document procedures and enhance support processes

Requirements:
• 10+ years of COTS IAM sustainment experience
• 4+ years with Oracle IAM Suite Plus
• Experience in large-scale IAM implementations (10,000+ users)
• Robust troubleshooting skills for IAM applications
• ITIL processes experience in enterprise environments
