Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited is seeking a PRODUCTION WAREHOUSE Shipping/Receiving Associate who will be responsible for transactions relating to shipping and receiving of heavy-duty truck parts and also delivering to and from customers locally. This position performs warehouse work that includes receiving and organizing heavy duty truck parts, removing sold parts from stock, and processing orders for shipment, then delivering those items to our customers locally, etc.

PRODUCTION WAREHOUSE Responsibilities Include Warehouse Unpack received parts and stock/organize shelves, cores, supplies, and other items as necessary
Pack parts for shipping. Generate pick tickets for orders to warehouse
Load and/or unload trucks
Organize shipping and receiving schedules with Carriers
Delivery Deliver parts to local customers within the market and record delivery information
Inquire about customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc.
Maintain routine maintenance on truck and keep truck clean inside and out, per company policy
Clean work area as required and maintain equipment; Adhere to all environmental, health and safety standards
Successful PRODUCTION WAREHOUSE Candidates Will Have High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years warehouse Shipping/Receiving experience
Heavy duty truck or automotive parts knowledge/experience
Ability to lift up to 50+lbs
Customer Service (professional, and a helpful attitude)
Excellent communication (oral & written)
Valid driver's license with valuable driving record; CDL is not required
Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, etc.)

Physical Requirements The role is a physically active role.
Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50+ lbs with lift assist devices.
Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces and will be required to operate a forklift.
Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing.
Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities.
Work Environment The associate will be regularly exposed typical inside and outside environmental conditions, including, but not limited to dirt, dust, vibration, minimal chemical hazards, noise and temperature variances.
Exposure to hazards or physical risks, associated with a warehouse, vehicle services, and retail operations, which require following basic safety precautions.
