Teach Women and Gender Studies at Northern Lights College as a sessional instructor. Engage with students through videoconference while exploring key issues from various perspectives.

This role requires a Master's Degree in Philosophy and expertise in logic and reasoning. You’ll deliver a survey course addressing gender issues in historical, political, and societal contexts. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering student success are essential for this teaching position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach WGST 100 via videoconference on Mondays and Wednesdays
• Develop course materials and facilitate effective discussions
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback




• Collaborate with faculty and support team dynamics
• Motivate students and contribute to their academic growth

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Philosophy required
• Proven expertise in logic and reasoning
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Previous instructional experience in post-secondary education
• Familiarity with diverse student populations, including Indigenous students
