The Service Appointment Coordinator would be the first voice customers hear. Scheduling appointments, coordinating with advisors and technicians, and making sure every visit runs smoothly. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments

Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts professionally

Coordinate availability with advisors and technicians

Maintain accurate records in the DMS system

Conduct reminder and follow-up outreach calls

Communicate wait times and service expectations





Assist with administrative tasks and customer updates

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous customer service or admin experience

Automotive dealership experience is a strong asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Comfortable with scheduling software and CRM tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus

Professional phone manner and attention to detail
