Execute the company’s business development strategies
Build robust relationships with engineers and contractors
Lead the development of commercial proposals
Analyze RFPs and conduct site visits
Monitor price competitiveness and compliance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or related field
5 years of experience in engineering and construction
Experience in client relationship management
Excellent organizational and presentation skills
Knowledge of business tools like Excel and Salesforce
