In this role, reporting to the Director of Development - Canada, you will be pivotal in executing projects that match TransAlta’s growth strategy. You will oversee project priorities, budgets, and schedules while managing risks effectively.

Oversee project development from early planning to construction
Work closely with internal teams to resolve challenges

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5+ years of experience in project development
Familiarity with various energy technologies and jurisdictions
Ability to lead and inspire teams
Excellent communication skills
