Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with the Crew Leader for project execution • Mentor newer team members on site tasks • Participate in hardscape and softscape construction activities • Safely operate construction vehicles and equipment • Keep job sites organized and adhere to safety protocols

Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction • Knowledge of installation techniques and materials • Proficient in operating heavy equipment • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Positive attitude and leadership capacity
