Spearhead

Salesforce.com adoption and AI integration across North America. This key role at BMO requires you to develop and implement a transformative CRM strategy using Salesforce.com. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Effectiveness, you will work closely with sales leaders in both the US and Canada to enhance sales effectiveness and consistency through strategic tool usage. Managing the training and support teams will further drive user adoption and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Formulate the vision for Salesforce.com across North America
Partner with Salesforce Application Manager on strategic initiatives
Strengthen collaborations with Sales leadership for tool effectiveness
Oversee training and support for Salesforce.com users
Facilitate the Advisory Council’s alignment on business processes

Requirements:
7+ years in Relevant Sales or RM roles
Extensive Salesforce.com knowledge including AI capabilities
Initiative in undefined project areas
Excellence in communication and influence
Passion for customer advocacy and strategy
