Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live in office at one of our Cornwall properties. The role includes guest-facing duties, coordinating routine maintenance, and being on-call during evenings and every second weekend.
You will handle resident inquiries, assist with lease processes, and support daily operations with the in office team. A base salary of $43,000 plus a signing bonus and an apartment suite is provided as a taxable advantage.
