Apply knowledge of acute stress and PTSD in interventions
Provide immediate support in crisis and post-traumatic situations
Collaborate closely with employees and management
Prepare clinical summaries of intervention activities
Maintain communication with the Trauma Coordinator Requirements:
Degree in psychology, social work, or related field
Qualified license and liability insurance necessary
Solid experience in psychological trauma care
Flexibility and punctuality for on-call interventions
