Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency preferred
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs
Knowledgeable in food hygiene and safety
Food Safety Course
Customer service skills

Responsibilities: * Attend to hotel guest food needs, requests and concerns
Knowledge of weekly breakfast menu
Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere
Food preparation
Ensure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner
Wiping up spills and maintaining the cleanliness of all appliances and counter space
Clearing and cleaning tables
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use




Returning reusable supplies to storage
Responsible for taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day
Assist with closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations
Work as a team member in aspects such as: cleaning, side work, food preparation and storage

Job Type: Part time / Full time We are looking for someone who has a passion for the tourism industry and also has kitchen/food experience. The Sydney Boutique is a 5-star Inn and we do our best to maintain this level. We want someone who enjoys there work and is creative in meal planning.
