Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Biostatistics Analyst to support clinical research, scientific studies, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will analyze health and life sciences data, prepare statistical reports, and work closely with research and clinical teams to deliver accurate and meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze clinical, biological, and research data using appropriate statistical methods.
Prepare datasets, statistical summaries, tables, and reports for research projects.
Support study design, data interpretation, and statistical analysis plans.
Identify trends, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with researchers, clinical teams, and data specialists on study requirements.
Maintain transparent documentation of analytical methods, results, and findings.
Present statistical findings in a clear and practical manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in biostatistics, statistical analysis, clinical research, or a related area preferred.
Experience with statistical software such as SAS, R, Python, or SPSS.
Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research data is an asset.

Pay: $72,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
