Develop project cost and schedule baselines for key projects
Manage forecasting, variance analysis, and earned value data
Lead development of integrated project schedules




Support capital cost estimates meeting AACE and CIM criteria
Conduct risk management and change order evaluations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years in project controls for energy sectors
Expertise in cost management tools and systems
Background in earned value management reports
