Title: Business and Systems Advisor – French Speaker

Duration: 29 months with possible extension – 40 hours/week

Location: Montreal – 2 days/week in office

Pay Rate: CAD $95 - $100/hr – Incorporated Basis The candidate must possess the following qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, including experience in a functional role.
Excellent French communication skills, both written and verbal.
Project experience in functional systems support, including incident management, in-depth analysis and diagnosis of issues, requiring the identification of technical components and coordination of their resolution.
Valuable understanding of application components, integrations, data flows,



and digital systems architecture.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Demonstrated experience in business process modeling and transformation.
Experience in chance analysis and in the development and implementation of information systems projects.
Fluency in French is mandatory.

ASSETS / NICE TO HAVE
Knowledge of contract management in the construction industry.
Business Analysis certification.
Experience working in a matrix organizational environment
