With over three years of relevant experience, you will conduct time studies and establish labor standards that drive machine efficiency. Your leadership abilities will influence team dynamics and promote continuous improvement across the plant. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and improve labor standards across processes
Conduct efficiency time studies for operators
Recommend workflow restructuring and equipment relocation
Provide ongoing recommendations for productivity
Train operators on the Leadtec shop floor control system Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
At least 3 years in a similar manufacturing role
Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
