Responsibilities
Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, trimmers, folders, and binding machines to process print jobs efficiently.
Set up and adjust machinery according to job specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the production process.
Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals while maintaining safety standards.
Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring proper binding, trimming, and packaging before shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




Document production activities accurately and report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns promptly.

Requirements
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, preferably with bindery or finishing operations.
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with machining equipment used in print finishing processes.
Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus.
Solid understanding of packaging procedures and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, including inventory handling and equipment maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
