You will also actively engage with tools like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI Codex, and more to ensure that standards are practical and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and own the AI agent strategy at the AER
• Establish evaluation and oversight standards for AI agents
• Maintain and manage metadata for the AI Register




• Guide citizen development processes and educational initiatives
• Assess agent development platforms for compatibility

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in tech or management
• Minimum 10 years in software development or strategy
• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot and relevant platforms
• Proven strategic development in new technology areas
• Excellent communication skills and change management experience
