Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engagement supports with templates and resources
• Act as an expert on engagement principles for the team
• Deliver training sessions for CYMHA service providers
• Lead development of engagement-related knowledge products
• Convene networks to inform youth and family engagement practices
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years in engagement practices
• Advanced knowledge of youth engagement principles
• Solid facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and bilingualism
