The City of Terrace is seeking a Planner II to support municipal development and land use initiatives. This role requires a degree in Urban & Regional Planning and at least three years of relevant experience. You will engage with builders, government agencies, and the public while managing diverse planning projects to drive community growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review Development and Agricultural Land Reserve applications
• Interpret bylaws for builders and developers
• Liaise with City departments regarding land use
• Conduct research for planning projects
• Attend meetings as required, including evenings

Requirements:
• Degree in Urban & Regional Planning or related field
• Minimum 3 years of municipal or private sector experience
• Strong understanding of planning principles
• Valuable written and oral communication skills
• Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's Licence
