Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess key operational risks continually
• Manage the incident escalation process and root cause analyses




• Develop operational risk management methodologies and policies
• Oversee enterprise-wide risk reporting and data coordination
• Facilitate relationships with compliance and audit functions

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Operations, Compliance, or Risk
• Robust analytical skills for actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GRC tools
• Experience with project management and technology systems
