Key Responsibilities:
• Develop geotechnical systems and operational readiness strategies

• Provide expertise on pit slope design and rock mass characterization
• Manage geotechnical risks and communicate effectively across teams
• Mentor junior engineers and enhance team collaboration

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields
• At least 8 years of experience in mining operations
• Professional Engineer registration with EGBC
• Familiarity with geotechnical assessment software
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
