This full-time, in office role reports to the Clinical Director and requires seasoned experience in ophthalmology. The successful candidate will take charge of launching and managing the ophthalmology program, focusing on patient-centered care and high-quality service. Strong leadership in building and retaining a high-performing team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development and operation of the ophthalmology program
• Build and manage a high-performing perioperative staff
• Establish collaborative relationships with partners and organizations




• Design scalable care delivery models for efficiency
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and budget management

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 5+ years in Perioperative Services
• Experience in managing teams in dynamic environments
• Proven ability to innovate and implement process improvements
