In this pivotal role within the potash Process Engineering Team, you will drive technical leadership and oversee engineering activities to achieve production targets. With a focus on both wet and dry milling processes, your expertise will foster improvements in process systems and regulatory controls while collaborating with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide a team of process engineers
• Troubleshoot daily engineering challenges to meet targets
• Oversee process improvement initiatives for capacity and quality




• Support capital projects from design to optimization
• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement practices

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in process engineering
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related engineering fields
• P.Eng. registration or eligibility with APEGS
• Familiarity with process control systems and DCS
• Proven problem-solving and technical leadership skills
