At Relay, you will join an creative Application Security team focused on evolving security beyond traditional advisory methods. With your technical expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS, you will be pivotal in closing the testing gap across our platform. This role allows you to lead end-to-end security initiatives, ensuring robust guardrails while collaborating closely with developers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct threat modeling and offensive testing on designs
• Implement fixes within Relay’s code base directly
• Manage VDP and bug bounty coordination and communication
• Extend existing security tooling for enhanced functionality
• Participate in weekly security sessions and Hack The Box
Requirements:
• 5-6 years of application security or related experience
• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and mitigation techniques
• Experience shipping production-level software
• Strong collaboration and mentorship abilities
• Autonomy and ownership in problem-solving
