Key Responsibilities:
• Support architecture and design of enterprise ITSM solutions
• Plan and manage IFS Assyst software releases and changes
• Ensure system compatibility and integration across platforms
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and processes
• Conduct business analysis and improve ITSM delivery processes
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of IFS Assyst experience in complex environments
• Expertise in project documentation and software system implementation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid Government of Canada Secret security clearance
