They are currently seeking 6 full-time Farm Supervisors for their Alonsa farm location. Job Duties & Skills:
Scheduling and overseeing activities of farm workers
Ensuring farm safety protocols are followed
Managing outbound shipping/paperwork
Coordinating building, yard and equipment maintenance schedules
Conducting planting, fertilizing, cutting, raking, baling, harvest, and post harvest activities
General farm duties as required
