As a Strategic Sourcing Leader, you will contribute at the Associate Director, Director, or Senior Director level depending on your experience. This position involves managing a team, closely collaborating with the VP of Supply Chain, and implementing supplier relationship management and category strategies to elevate procurement into a strategic advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships
• Lead RFP processes and supplier negotiations
• Identify cost savings and productivity initiatives




• Support supplier performance management and category management
• Drive procurement practices for innovation and product launches

Requirements:
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement roles
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and management
• Strong leadership skills in a team-oriented environment
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
