Job Description The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely within the marketing team to help execute key defined marketing projects. These projects will be to support the launch of new medicines and development of launch plans for pipeline medicines. Supporting bringing new medicines to Canadian patients, the tasks may include but are not limited to, development of marketing tactics, delivering internal communication campaigns, materials approval process,
supporting consultancy meeting management and collaborating with multiple functional areas to contribute to the marketing plan. This position will support the Cardiometabolic Health portfolio. What you can expect: Developing novel marketing solutions to support in‑line medicines and the launch of new medicines to Canadian patients.
Areas of focus may include Diabetes and Obesity.
Prospect to work with multiple functional areas, including senior leadership, and gain a broad understanding of roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Contributing to our digital communications activities with internal and external audiences.
Leading and participating in company‑wide team building activities for Lilly.
Who we are looking for: Education and qualifications: ongoing Master’s degree.
Learning agility, collaborative approach, team player attitude.
Flexibility to work in different teams and across functions.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Start and end dates: January 4th, 2027 to December 23rd, 2027. Potential for an earlier start in December 2026 in a part‑time and remote model for proactive onboarding, after which resuming to a full‑time hybrid model January 2027. Subject to the needs of the team, and availability.
Supervisor name: Jessica Lauren McKinney.
Salary: 29$/hour.
The anticipated wage for this position is $29/hour. Full‑time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
This is a hybrid role – onsite presence at our downtown Toronto office will be at least 10 days per month, determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs. You will be eligible to receive a per diem for each day you work on site. Interns are eligible for paid vacation and sick days.
